At Scotland Kilt Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your Highland wear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your kilt or accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all labels are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use your own tracked courier service, and attach it clearly to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
